The Private Community Center, Leasing Center, Pool House and Pool we are building in urban San Antonio includes a 12,560 SF Community Center, 5,000 SF Leasing Center and 2,100 SF Pool House and Pool.
The two-story Community Center includes a complete fitness area, lounge and living room and flex coffee bar. It also includes a beautiful foyer, library, outdoor room, covered and uncovered deck, a green planter and restrooms.
The Leasing Center includes an open living room and sales areas, leasing offices, restrooms, decking, a carport and a garden wall. Also, an Amazon Hub area has been included, as well as a conference space, a porch with trellis-covered porch.
The Pool House and Pool include a communal deck, unisex restrooms, a dog wash areas, a beautiful BBQ deck and covered and uncovered lounging areas.
